Description: Lloyd Engineering provided inspection and rehabilitation plan (specifications and drawings) to completely rebuild Berths 1 and 2. These berths unload crude oil from VLCC’s and were in a condition to only provide limited service due to damage and corrosion when the berths were purchased from an adjacent terminal.
