Description: LEI provided design and limited construction services for the expansion of Westway’s liquid chemical storage facilities. LEI worked with Westway from the inception of the project, assisting in the initial site layout and site investigations. The project included extensive soil stabilization and site drainage. LEI also designed the tank foundations, truck loading racks, scale building, pipe bridges, connection to existing rail rack, retaining walls, and site access. The project added 24- 1,0000,000 gallon storage tanks on the 6 acre property.
