Location: Cameron, LA
Description: The project consisted of a deep-water sheet pile bulkhead and berthing facility to allow offshore drilling supply vessels to service offshore drilling rigs. The project included the review of the existing survey and providing a variety of conceptual designs. After analyses with Owner, a final design was approved and bid documents and IFB drawings were prepared by Lloyd Engineering, Inc. Bulkhead design, dredging, a crane platform, ramp platform, and extensive site work was performed in soft soils to support storage tanks and other onshore facilities.
