Location: Houston, Texas
Description:  Lloyd Engineering, Inc. (LEI) performed design services and construction management for bulkhead and fabrication yard facility construction. The project included 600 feet of bulkhead, excavation, dredging, and fabrication yard stabilization for offshore module fabrication. This project is in close proximity to the San Jacinto Battleground. In addition to the conceptual and final design and construction management services, LEI obtained all required permits for the project (USACE and POHA) and prepared the bid package drawings and specifications.
